BONITA F. MARX
Bonita F. Marx is currently President of CARNEGIE CREDIT
CORPORATION, an Illinois entity established in 1966 by her
late husband Sidney J. Marx. Bonita became and remained an
officer and director of Carnegie Credit Corporation since
January 17, 1977. Ms. Marx became active in the mortgage
banking industry after serving as a licensed Real Estate
Salesman in 1974 and registered Real Estate Broker since
1977. She attended Northern Illinois University before pursuing
a real estate paralegal career in Chicago from 1970-75.
Carnegie Credit Corporation is presently licensed by the
Office of Banks and Real Estate. Mr. Marx was co-founder
and a Director of the Illinois Association of Mortgage Brokers
(IAMB) and founder of the Illinois Association of Independent
Real Estate Mortgage Brokers.

Kimberly is currently Vice President of Carnegie Credit Corporation, and has also been Carnegie’s Processing Manager for 5 years. She manages the daily operations of the business, as well as processes all loans for the company.
Kimberly graduated from the University of Illinois with a BA degree in Urban and Regional Planning in 1994. After college, she worked at the Bank of Matteson and then spent two years in the commercial real estate business in many areas of property management, leasing and development. Following employment led to four years as Vice President and Director of the processing department of U.S. RealTel, Inc., a leasing company for telecommunications real estate acquisitions.

Michael
A. Shay, a Residential and Commercial Senior Loan Officer
of Carnegie Credit Corporation, is a graduate of Southern
Illinois
University.
Mr. Shay has been involved in mortgage banking for the last
twenty-five years. He has been employed with Carnegie Credit
Corporation since 1982.

CAROLYNN DEVRIES
Carolynn DeVries is currently a loan processor at Carnegie Credit Corporation. She attended Waubonsee Community College and holds an Illinois Real Estate license along with an Illinois Loan Originator license. Ms. DeVries has been involved in mortgage banking since 1985.
